I have the above mentioned Lens and need the instruction booklet.

Ok, I can't resist, I'd think the instructions would tend to be mount on camera, point at something far away and press the shutter....actually it's likely more than that. Can't help, best of luck.

There are websites that have Pentax lens and camera instruction bookets available in PDF format - I actually have a heap of these because in many cases I have lost the original booklet.

I don't have the instructions, but I do have the lens. There are only two unusual features: the filter drawer and the hood. Use of the drawer is pretty obvious; you can use a thin polarizer although it must be removed to rotate. There is a special Pentax polarizer and holder (similar to that for the 25mm) that allows rotation without removal. They show up on ebay fairly often. The slide out hoods must be unscrewed before they are free to move. Note that the hood has two sections and is quite deep when fully extended.
