Pentax 67 Lens to Pentax 645 Body Adapter

Does anybody know why Pentax don't make these anymore?

Yeah, they're just really hard to find. I don't believe they're sold in the US, either.

This third-party one should get the job done as it's just a simple tube with an aperture lever:
FotodioX Pentax P67 Lens to Pro-Series Lens Mount P67-P645 B&H

I have the fotodiox, in fact I have two of them. The first one was not flat on the mounting surface. And after reading this: LensRentals.com - There Is No Free Lunch, Episode 763: Lens Adapters I have my doubts with any adapter.

Hi,

I have the genuine 6x7 to K and two of the 645 to K adapters and they all work perfectly.

I have seen the 6x7 to 645 adapters on ebay if that is of any help.

Regards.

I've too seen them on ebay... It would be nice if they still made them new.

any chance one of you with the original Pentax adapter may have a micrometer? If so, can you measure the mounting surface at four opposite ends and let me know what you come up with? Thanks in advance...

I wish!

I have two fotodiox adapters, and both of them are giving me problems, and both of them have different measurements...
