Pentax 645Z takes first round and I suspect many more to come. Reality verse Canon marketing talk, reality wins.

There's quite a bit of NR on the 6400 canon shot.

I loved a particular commenter who acknowledging the IQ superiority of the Pentax MF but complained about the 645z system being to big compared to the Canon 5DSr, I had quite a laugh, he was clearly out of his depth.

complaining about the size of the pentax 645 cameras is like going to a rock concert and complaining about the noise.

I don't suppose we should hold our breath waiting for DXO to say how much better the 645Z is than the lenses currently on top of their measurebate tables.

No, but they might do another article about it and show their 645D results again...

I've said it a number of times and I will say it again.... Pentax is going to really shake up the camera market from the more established players over the next few years.

The Canon's ISO maxes out at ISO 6400, (although it's ISO is expandable to 12800), and it shows.

The 645Z is only just warming up at ISO 6400.

Pentax is not going to shake anything. Canon 5DS will still outsell the 645Z simply because the 645Z is invisible to the masses. The Canon 5Ds is going to be displayed as the best FF camera of the moment in 99% of the camera shops world wide.
