1. You'll need a 67 to 645 adapter. They typically aren't cheap (I bought mine for £30, but prices are usually nearer the £130+ mark)
2. Biggest difference? About £3000.
. The 90mm is also weather sealed, has newer coatings, has SDM, and does macro. if the 90mm isn't noticeably better than the 75, I'd be truly shocked!
3. I'm assuming you are talking about the FA75 f2.8 for the 645 format? (And not the 67 version?). The 67 version is better, but requires an adapter to work on the 645 mount. The 645 version is a reasonable budget lens (so far as such a thing exists in medium format), but it will work on the 645 mount (as will all older 645 lenses)
