Is anyone using the 645d or 645z to shoot motorsports?

I don't even recall seeing any sports shots with the 645 cameras, wildlife yes, oddly, but not sports or motor sports. I would be surprised and also interested if someone actually attempted this.

Even with the more flexible AF system of the Z, tracking performance is rather bad, so you would have to rely on manual focus and pre-setting distances.

I have shot surfing with the FA120 macro. The lens does hunt around for focus a bit and is not the most conventional sporting lens. But I got the shot.

Not doing sports myself (although in September i'll see what I get from my 645D when I will go to my favorite surfing spot) but found this video with shooting sports.

This is not motor sports but it is sports.

I did some sports with 645D, but no motorsport. I won a month contest with an image of synchronized swimming made with 645D.
