It is good to see that support for the 645D has finally been added including a couple of lens modules although one important is missing for the 'smc PENTAX DA 645 25mm F4 AL [IF] SDM AW'

Regards, Udo

Depends on user's goodwill, unfortunately Ricoh doesn't seem interested in that kind of matter....

How do you know? Did you ask Ricoh to send lenses to DxO or did DxO asked?

I believe he knows as he lent DxO his personally owned lenses. An act for which I personally am grateful

Sure this is nice, but there still quite a few step between that and know that Ricoh isn't interrested to do it.

The fact is : Ricoh Imaging Europe gave 645Z and only 5 lenses for tests to DxO, and that they did it only last july.

Also, when i informed them and asked them my intentions to complete with another set of my own 645 lenses, they thanked me ; but since didn't show any intention nor motivation to provide DxO with the missing lenses.

Let's wait and see what happens in the future... but it seems pentax users provide DxO with most of Pentax gear, not RI, even in K mount. Recent consecutive examples : K-S2 and DFA150-450 modules are missing from the software editor's radars.

DXO is still working on support for the 645Z and lenses and have recently issued an update to DXO ViewPoint2 - latest version is 2.5.10. Unfortunately there is a bug in this and the previous version where some 645Z lenses are not recognized, in my case the Pentax-D FA 645 55mm f/2.8 AL and the DA645 28-45mm f/4.5 ED.

DXO support are aware and working to resolve - hopefully soon

Like you, i have a bug in version updating from v.10.3.1 to v.10.3.2, which is necessary to be able to treat 645D files and correct last lenses.
Support has taken over

Things are getting increasingly strange around 645Z DxO Mark test publication :
The lab just published yesterday the main sensor data as a comparison to Sony's RX1RII full test issued 23th december :

Measurements: Excellent low noise levels - DxOMark

Global score is 101 points, Pentax's last medium format gets the highest score recorded so far by DxO
Colour deepness : 26 points
Dynamic range : 14,7 IL
High ISO : 4505 ISO

The extensive 645Z review is still lacking, same with home page data only showing Sony's recent A7rII...
