Considering a nice 67II but it has the matte screen. I found a BB-61 split image screen but don' t know if these are easy to replace or not. Anyone know? the 6x7 required Pentax to install those.

The 67ii screens have a plastic edge and remove/install in seconds. No tools are required, they just snap into place.

Just as easy as removing a 6x7 prism.

The instruction manual is available on line. Page 69 says the instructions on how to change the screen are packaged with the screen. Not much help but it means that is designed to be user interchangeable.

The problem I had with the 6x7 was I had to send it to Pentax as it needed calibration. First time I got it back it was still back focusing and went back to them a second time. This time they got it right. That was back in the 80's when I swapped the microprism screen for the split image. Good to know the 67II is much easier.
