Pentax 67II and 4pin cable

Hi forum,
I´d like to know if it´s possible to fire a TTL-flash with an adapter for the Pentax 4Pin cable with the 5Pin cable? I got the Metz 45CT4 with the SCA Adapter, that alows to control the flash with the 4pin cable. But I am using the Pentax 67II with the 5 pin cable and I´d like to use it with the Metz flash in TTL-mode...
Thanks for your reply!

This Metz Pentax module may work:

SCA 3702 Pentax Module MZ 53702 - Sca Modules | Metz

You will also need the Metz 3000C Cord to connect the flash to the module and the P67II hot shoe grip.

It would probably be easier/cheaper to buy a Pentax AF500FTZ:
