I'm sure Godox users would love that, but Godox is just one of many, many brands out there. And Godox support would be of zero use to me, for example.
A potentially better solution would be for Pentax to do what Elinchrom has done with their Skyport protocol and open it up for other manufacturers to use in an attempt to get some interoperability and standardisation. Pentax, at the risk of hurting their own flash sales, could open up their P-TTL protocol to make it easy for the likes of Godox to develop for, without the expense of reverse-engineering and the massive ongoing support that it requires as nuances are discovered across camera models, etc. Given that third parties are producing P-TTL flashes anyway and still people are buying Pentax because of brand allegiance then it is unlikely to completely cannibalise their market in this space, but would open up a space in which Pentax has no stake.
