150 f3,5 or takumar 105 2.4?

Ciao!
I've just purchased a beautiful pentax 645z with 55 and 75 lens.
Now I'm thinking about a tele. I don't want to spend a much money so the choice are:
- SMC Pentax 67 / S-M-C Takumar 6x7 / Super Takumar 105mm F2.4
- SMC Pentax-A 645 150mm F3.5
Can you help me?
Does anybody use the 150 with the 645z? any photos?
ciao ciao from Italy

Both seem to be excellent and not expensive, why not having them both?

Because having duplicates is the first little pebble setting off the avalanche of LBA...

These lenses are in no way duplicates, their perspectives are fairly different and neither of them are that great on digital MF. I have owned both of these lenses. I sold the 150 3.5 - I found it suffered pretty terribly from chromatic aberration - and I'm not that picky but it really was an issue. and got the AF 2.8 version, which is optically much better. The 105 2.4 is a big thing on the 645D, but it gives a unique look and it's nice to use from time to time.

If I could only have one tele lens I would get the 150 2.8. And if I didn't have the funds for it I would hold off on those two older lenses and wait til I could get the 150 2.8

I've only one image from my 67 105mm on the Z so far:

Low Tide Treasures

I do have several of this lens on the 645D here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mikeoria/albums/72157663635018471

Nice work, Mike. Looks like a lot of old glass is still up to making great images.

My first question would be are you into shallow dof wide open. That is the forte of the 67/105 and it is legendary. It is not much of a tele as far as reach though. 120 macro A has a great reputation and not just for macro. 150 A is a very small and light kens which is double the reach of your 75. 200A goes for a song and is also small and light. I would say most of the legacy primes are great lenses stopped down. Coatings are not the latest, so plan on a good lens hood and watch shooting into the sun.

last week a friend of mine give me his 105 takumar.
I take few shots and I love It BUT I'm afraid the things I can do with the takumar I can do with the 75.
Here are a shots with the takumar

and here a shot with the 75

I shot 60% with the 75 30% with the 55 and 10% is for a tele lense.
I don't want to have too much lenses so I don't want to buy both.... and I can't buy 150 FA cause it's too expansive..

The Super-Takumar 105 used Thorium glass and they have a tendency to have elements turn yellowish. If you're interested in the 105, get the newer SMC Takumar.

But the 645 150 3.5 just can't really keep up with digital 645. It's pretty disappointing. I had it, and sold it. I shot one magazine job with it and didn't send the client any files from that lens. I mean, if from a practial perspective you just need that reach then sure, but if you can do without for awhile I would. The 50$ or whatever I sold mine for was worth it. It's that cheap for a reason. The 2.8 AF is much better, and if I were you I would just enjoy the lenses you have and take the extra time to save. It makes no sense to spend so much on a camera and put such a mediocre lens in front of that sensor. If you feel like you must get a lens right now I would get the 105. You've used both and seen the difference isn't dramatic, but with the reach it is a bit different than the 75 (I have both).

The thing is, you're not gonna see as much a difference with these lenses than you would see in film, and if you are only interested in bokeh/falloff for portraiture then again, the 150 2.8 is the best solution, whereas the 3.5 version doesn't render very pleasant bokeh - otherwise you're better off with lenses that are only offered in 35mm format (such as an 85 1.4 or a 135 f/2 etc).

I use all legacy Pentax 645 and 67 glass on a 645Z (and previously on 645D) for landscape work and all perform superbly for me, right into the far corners. The 150/3.5 is special because of the small size and light weight - when added to the A-35 and tiny A-75 I have an excellent trio for longer hikes where weight matters. Here's an autumn composition from the Smokies shot with the A-150 (well stopped down for depth of field) and the 30x40 print holds up to the closest scrutiny:
