sample shots of the FA 120 Macro for Portraits (645d or 645z) ?

i am thinking about getting the 120 FA Macro as a Portrait lens. but i did not see any good samples of Portraits and the Bokeh of it online.
Does anyone have some samples they could post to help me make up my mind with the decision of purchasing the lens ?

I'll post a couple later when I get home, but the shots I took were, umm, not well received. The subject felt that this lens + 645z overly emphasized her "flaws". It's maybe too sharp for portraits (or maybe I stink at portraits). Of course she was looking straight out of the camera. A lot can be done in post-processing.

For portraits I've heard the 150mm f2.8 is excellent. I don't have one, but you might consider that as an alternative, or maybe one of the 75's. I'm planning on picking up a 67 105mm soon, which I've seen some terrific portraits with that one (requires an adapter).

Sorry, thought I kept the shots but I think I deleted them. I shoot landscapes almost exclusively. Sorry. Also, mine is the A, not the FA.

Yeah I tried this lens with my couples, but a combination of the harsh bokeh when shooting at distance, plus the crazy sharpness meant I gave up on it very quick.

The 150 is brilliant. I just wish it was made a bit more solidly.

Great lens but having used the 150 I would prefer it for portrait work. The 120 macro>>

Being new to the 645Z and its lenses I have found that the 120 does a fine job.....which I will post some examples of if I can figure out how to get them of my NAS and onto the forum.....
