I am trying to determine if doingCustom White balance when I shoot Mainly flash on and Off camera will improve my images? I currently use AWB and the images look very good. Will doing Custom WB make any differences that I can see? Thank you

You could continue to use AWB and provided you are shooting RAW use a grey card and correct the WB in post.

I am shooting Raw. I see some other photographers use CWB and say its better than AWB. I have had NO problems with AWB. Thank you

Well you can use either - either let the camera guess or use your best guess, for absolute accuracy you will still need a get card.

Based on my experience with Canon bodies then a custom WB might become beneficial at iso levels where signal noise starts to become noticeable......assuming that the AWB calculation was off the mark somewhat.

The WB of the Z seems fairly spot-on most of the time, but it's just one of those things I don't care about in the least, since I'll almost certainly adjust it in post anyway.
