I like the Lowepro Slingshot 300AW, which will hold about 4-6 lenses plus body

I have the Lowepro Protactic 350 which carries the 645Z, 28-45, 90, and fiters/accessories. I don't think I could fit anymore lens and suggest looking at the 450. The 350 travels well and fits perfectly under airline seats.

I don't like backpack due its lack of stability, I prefer shoulder bag like magnum 200 or 400, both are deep enough.

I am thrilled with the Mountainsmith Parallax backpack: Parallax | B&H Photo Video

Two Key features for me: When I lay the backpack on the ground to open, the harness straps are on top. This eliminates getting dirt all over the harness and me when I throw it on my back again. Second thing I love about it is how the Z fits in the bag. Most bags have two seperators running the length of the bag. This bag has a huge compartment at the bottom that fits the Z perfectly. Great bag, reasonable price.

What about a Domke F-2 Original ? I don't have a 645, so I don't know for sure.

I recommend you to search for a suitable backpack among these Pentax camera accessories . Hope, you'll find there a backpack that will keep your camera equipment safe and well organized. Good luck!

I resisted buying a F-Stop Guru for that same set up. Eventually bought it with a medium pro slope I think it was, perfect bag for me. Only just fits it but that is the appeal for me as it's not too big to be lugging around. Typically 645Z plus 25, 45-85, P67 150 and some times the 120 macro. Always a whack of drop in filters though.

I recommend the larger ThinkTank Retrospective models (40 or 50). They hold a 645D with a 150mm attached, a 300mm/4, the 55mm A, and a 25mm or 35mm wide angle. Ideal walk-around kit.

All;

just a update. First off I hate backpack bags so all of them are out for me. I ended up buying the Tenba DNA 15 messenger bag. It's been great so far. It's slimmer that the thinktank city walker bags but holds lots of gear. I have the Pentax 645Z with 3 lenses (45-85 on the camera, 150-300 and a 400mm) I have access via a zipper to the main compartment without opening the messenger flap and I have room for lots of other things like filters & cords & such as well. I had the think tank city walker 30 and it worked well but I think the Tenba bag is easier to lug around with the same amount of gear

I have a heavy duty sports bag, I loaded my d, and 4 lenses , 2 extra batterys, and 2 tc's. I ride a scooter and my son still has to carry it for me. sounds like you need a ad case on wheels.

I've been using an older version of the Tenba messenger bag for a few years now and it's the best camera bag that I have ever used. I use when I travel with my 35mm film gear, love it! (Haven't tried it with my 6x7 yet)

I hike to remote locations with my equipment and found hiking backpacks to be the best. I use a f-stop icu and carry it in a Gregory backpack that has an internal chassis (transfers weight to the lumbar pad and hip belt). This allows me to comfortably carry a 30lb load while hiking. It also has a u-shaped zippered opening on the front that allows easy access to the icu without having to remove it from the backpack... this is also a minor downside as the shoulder straps are at the bottom and can get dirty however, a cheapo rain cover over the pack before laying it down solves that minor issue.
