Looking For Tutorial on 645D For setting up the camera

I can't seem to locate a tutorial on how to choose the settings in the camera. Also, I would like to see the Histogram on my playback and can't seem to get it to highlight in the menu. Just purchased it in Excellent condition. Thank you

You did not say whether or not you had the manual, so here is a PDF for the 645D. Page 19 has histogram information. Hope this helps.
