Zeiss Otus on 645Z?

Is anyone aware of an adapter to be able to use the Zeiss Otus lenses on a Pentax 645Z?...assuming the image circle is large enough? Thks...

Flange focal distance of the Otus is too short. Even if there were an adapter you would only be able to shoot macro with it. Getting a glass adapter to correct that kind of defeats the purpose of the Otus.
