Need help - Manual settings

Hi all!

Finally I can post some updates! Got my scans back and here I am! Photos look good to me even camera has a bit bended screen so it did not affect photos quality it at all! Also it was easy to focus, so I am happy.
Photos scanned with Noritsu ( I did not like a colour so made some tweaks) ...

Many thanks I can see it when turned LED on

BUT.... The meter shows me for example shutter 250 and -3 in the meter... What does -3 means? It stays the same even I change F and shutter...

-3 means that with the current aperture and shutter speed settings, the picture will be underexposed by 3 stops (or more).

Do you have a manual for the camera? That might be helpful.
