300 MM A et 645 d

Hello

I read the excellent feedback on the 300 mm A pentax. I wonder if it's easy to focus with a 645d for portrait use?

I think that lens is a bit long for portraits. But the focusing is really smooth and easy to control, so if you're good with manual focusing technique, you should be fine.

I've used the 67 300/4 (very similar lens) for moving subjects on a Z and it seemed easy enough.

I’m finding the 80-160mm, is a good portrait lens, however If I was a portrait shooter I’d plump for the 150 mm F2.8 and zoom with my feet.

You'll need good light high shutter speed or strobes but yea should be a flattering combo.
I have used the 400mm on the Z for portraits.
