What type of lens cover would I buy for a SMC Pentax-A 645 1:3.5 150mm Lens ??? bought it used without one.Plus where can I find an adpater to fit mt K 50 & K 30 Camera??? please respond if you can help me in my search.Would to learn what to do.

The 645-A 150mm f/3.5 uses a 58mm lens cap.

Something like this would be the adapter you'd need:
Kipon adapter with Pentax 645 mount lens to Pentax K camera K-3 K-5II K-50 K-30 | eBay

The OEM one is no longer in production, but you may be able to find it second-hand. There are no couplings apart from the aperture actuator, so the adapter lens would work just like an M-series lens:

For the rear cover a standard Pentax 645 rear lens cap would do the job. The front lens cap is a 58mm one.
