Dirt or a smudge on the reference section of a scanner (the clear part of the scanner bed that the scanner scans before scanning film) will cause marks like that.

I'm no expert but it looks to me like a digital artifact of some kind, from either the scanning itself or something in PP.

So, a bit late, but here is the update on this. It tested it with putting the lens cap on when forwarding the film, and that solved the problem, negatives are clean now. So I guess the problem is that the curtain has a small lightleak. Not much to do about it, but i got used putting on the lens cap when forwarding.
