Problem with Pentax 67

I have got from processing my second film and found critical problem:

Camera had been in vertical position. All film is the same: middle part is normally exposed and both ends are overexposed.

I've got earlier test film at home without any problems.

Have somebody explanation what has happened?

The dark (exposed) areas of the negative extend beyond the frame boundaries. That rules out shutter problems. Other possibilities include problems loading/unloading the film (partial unwind from the spool, usually when unloading) or poor handling by the lab or maybe severe x-ray fogging by airport security.
