Well it depends on if 100 is the best... What's the lighting condition like?, is this on a tripod? What shutter speeds are being used? Is this for a particular event? I'm a big fan of shooting between 400-6400 iso.

I'm a big fan of shooting between 400-6400 iso granted that is with the z and not the d. With the d I think some would keep it below 800 for best quality. Also unless expanded I think 200 is the best?.

645D is my guess, but initially drew a blank too.

That's what I think as well. Sadly I have zero experience with it. There are a lot of threads here that give info on relative performance. I do know that I read that the default start of in camera high iso noise reduction is at 400 ISO if that helps. 200 ISO is the default low ISO, 100 is the expanded ISO range low end.

Above 100 the IQ is lower than the IQ at 100.

I'm holding out for someone giving me a 645Z, because I'm a nice guy!

It is usable to ISO 400 professionally. For personal stuff Iíve use all the way up to 1600, but you do lose a lot of image quality and resolution.

Thatís the biggest complaint I had with the D, and thatís why I bought a Sony A7Riii. I could only use the D in the studio or during daylight with natural light. Location or strobe use outside had its challenges, and there a way better alternatives at the same image quality or better.
