It sure is. this is a 120 film medium format. The digital medium formats of pentax are the 645d and 645z

Welcome to the Pentax Forums!

Yep, that is a 645NII. It debuted in 2001 as an incremental improvement of the earlier model 645N. One could be bought new until about 2010, if memory serves me correctly. Both the 645N and 645NII are desirable cameras, though the one in the photograph appears to have taken a fall at some point.

If you are considering taking up medium format film photography, such would be a very decent tool to do it with.

Thanks for the clarification. As noted above, the details are consistent with a 645N with added 645NII body parts, possibly added as repair to damage from whatever event dinged the prism housing.

Be careful because on eBay you can buy this model as a Pentax 645NII,
I was fooled

Just to possibly cloud the water, my 645N has a white PENTAX above the lens mount, three position power switch, the ML button, and the auxiliary power connector (also missing its cover) at the back lower left of the handle.

The Operating Manual cover illustration shows the PENTAX white.
