I've always liked the look of cameras with CCD sensors over CMOS sensors and now used 645Ds are in my price range. So, for those who've used both cameras are there any drawbacks to the 645D that would disqualify it as a potential camera? And do you have a preference for the look of either camera?
the worlds greatest camera has yet to be designed. the 645D is really good camera. I'm 80, so it will last my lifetime. the Z and other cameras do a lot of things better, but, for those things I rely on other models.

I'm rather partial to my Hy6 Mod 2 and it's 33mp CCD back. Too say nothing of the much more frequently used by me, 6x6 back.

I used to make fun of CCD people all the time, but I have to say it does have it's charms.

I own and consider the D a really good camera, even with low iso. in sun light I have no trouble shooting 1/2000 sec. from what I read I would consider the Z a near great camera when everything works right.
