What a coincidence!

The camera my mother gave me in 1965 was a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash. Small world (or a crazy popular camera back then). So I guess I started with medium format. About a year ago, I bought a BHF and modified it to use 120 film. I was surprised how well it worked, considering its limitations. Alas, it had a cracked body and nasty light leaks. Over about 6 months I bought 5 or 6 more of them, trying to piece together one well-functioning camera. Sitting at the kitchen table one day, with 3 of them in various stages of dis-assembly, I pondered the mess in front of me, and the frustration inside of me. I thought it best to say a prayer of thanks to my mother for getting me started in photography, and toss all of that plastic into the trash bin. I am starting to remember my first camera fondly, once again. But it will forever be a part of the past. I can afford better toys these days.

Thanks for your input and help with my 645N/HSS issue.

I was glad to find it, but there is no plan at present to actually do anything with it. I do not rule out the possibility for the future, however.

I have looked at both the AF360FGZ and AF540FGZ; both do HSS. I cannot determine if either will do HSS on my 645N.
The only Pentax film cameras that support HSS using the AF360FGZ, are the *ist, MZ-S, MZ-L/ZX-L/MZ-6.
