pentax 67 lens auto mode

so this morning , I started taking pictures for my new work with my pentax 67 after i finished taking all the pictures I started to take the film out and noticed the len was switch to auto all this time , I known that the auto mode it supposed to work with ttl prism but I don't have one I was using a standard prism with external light meter. So after I noticed I was quite scared about all my pictures is going to waste .
If anyone had this problem before can someone tell me the outcome ?

Auto just means that the lens stops down to your selected aperture when the shutter is fired - which is probably what you're used to. Manual on these lenses is the same as DoF preview on other camera systems - when you change aperture it changes what you see in the viewfinder (increased depth of field if you can notice it, and lower light levels).

You can easily play with both without having to shoot a frame, and if you take the lens off the camera there's a little lever on the rear of the lens that the camera triggers upon shooting the frame that stops the lens down to the set aperture, you can wiggle the lever and see what happens to the lens aperture

Either way you have this set shouldn't affect the final image.

Not all 67 lenses have this Auto/Man lever but the ones that do, are supposed to be shot in the auto mode, unless there is something used between the body and lens that disallows the auto diaphragm action (like the helicoid ext tube).
