Eyecup for 645z (replace rubber part?)

Hi all,
For the second time, I've lost the rubber part from the small eyecup (38461) on my 645z. It comes off so easily!
I see the price for a full replacement has gone up substantially since I lost it last time.
Does anyone have ideas for DIY-ing or otherwise replacing only that little rubber ring on that eyecup assembly?
Thanks!

I used 2 narrow and smallish black cable ties around the section that attaches to the 645z, its not tight enough to stop the eyepiece rotating, but is enough to keep it on the camera, so far has kept mine on for over 2 years having like you lost the original and one more.

No, it's the small one, like this:

If it's that exact part number, there's a seller in Japan has them for around USD $15 inc. shipping:

[New] PENTAX Eye Cup 645 38461 for PENTAX 645 645N 645NII from Japan

The materials and time required for a DIY solution would seem to be worth more than $15, IMHO, and the end result wouldn't be as nice...

Thanks.
I didn't try eBay for sellers that only ship to the US. I'm in Canada; once the border reopens, I'll have one sent to an address I have just over the border in the States.
The first eBay search I did only found a couple for over $30 (that will send to Canada).

That eBay auction link I provided above offers international shipping, so you could have it sent direct to Canada
