A few pics from the garden with 645z + P67 M* 400mm + Grey P67 TC(1.4 + 1.4 + 2.0) = 1568 => 1600mm

The distance from the camera to the subject was between 3m and 4m. The DoF is very shallow and f/8 was mostly used.

Answering the OPS original question, stacking 6x7 rear converters is still not recommended using a 6x7 camera and lenses, as vignetting/poor results will occur with this lager format.
