100mm lens hood?

I really want to have a lenshood for me S-M-C Takumar 6x7 / Super Takumar 6x7 55mm F3.5.
When i search for lenshood 100mm i get a lot of results on amazon, but all of them are lenshoods for lenses with 100mm in their name.
You may have any idea how to search for a lenshood with 100mm size and not for a 100mm lens?

To find 95mm for my 55-100 was no problem, i will order it in a minute.

Perhaps specifying for which lens instead of the measurement? Lenshood or hood for Super Takumar 6x7 55mm F3.5?

if I understand correctly, you are searching for a lens hood that is 100mm deep?

I think it is the filter thread that is 100 mm diameter.
It is probably rare to have a wide angle lens with that diameter.

The original hood is a square clip on hood.

Heliopan Short Metal Lens Hood, sizes 39-105mm

105mm diameter - use a step ring maybe? I’ve not seen a 100 to 105 ring before however.

This is not as cheap but less than some: https://kamerastore.com/products/pentax-lens-hood-for-6x7-55mm-f3-5-pentax-6x7

That is on the newer SMC 6x7 and 67 generation 55/4 lens. The 67 generation of the 55/4 was redesigned again and is sharper of the bunch.

I have both, and i use the newer one. But i like to have all the things around.
For all other lenses i have no a system from 58 to 82 with short, less short and wide-angle parts. So i can stick them together how i need them.

From the discussion on Lens hoods (shades) Pt 2 for the Pentacon Six (or part 1), it seems there are indeed not many options in that range. I have used the 95mm-threaded Pentacon square hood on my Pentacon Six Flektogon 50mm lens, similar angle of view as the 55mm on 6x7, without obvious vignetting problems, but you would have to either find a 100mm - 95mm step-down ring or create something yourself.

On my Sony the 55 3.5 is a 55.

The original lens hood seems not to be the right one, it is one cm deep?
So i will try some black paper around the lens first to have an idea, how it should be not to hit the sensor.
With the original hood there is almost no protection against light from the side, i guess.
But i have seen there is no usual thread.

Custom lens hoods

What 55/3.5 lens is on your Sony? I'm confused.
