If you put a 300mm medium format lens (say, my FA*645 300/4.0) on the K-1 (with an appropriate adaptor) you should get pretty much exactly the same field of view as you would if you used a (designated for APS-C, but covers full frame) DA* 300/4.0 on the same camera.

Focal length is focal length; it stays the same whichever camera you put the lens on. The crop factor is about the camera's sensor, not the lens.

If I can make time, I'll take a couple of shots to demonstrate it. For fun, I might do the same with my DFA645 55/2.8 and DA* 55/1.4, DFA645 35/3.5 and Sigma 35/1.4 Art, FA645 75/2.8 and FA 77/1.8 Limited, DFA645 200/4.0 and DA* 200/2.8
