M42 adapter to fit 645z....

Hello everyone. I have been speaking with William at Wemacro. I am going to buy his rail and vertical stand. What we are trying to work out is how to attach his tube that uses a M42 adapter ring to the 645z (for microscope objective). There do not seem to be any factory-built adapters on the market, at least that I can stumble on. My question is in two parts. Do any of you know of such and adapter, or someone who can machine one? Alternatively, I cannibalize a SMC A 645 200mm F4 or a SMC A 645 300mm F4 for the mounting plates and have a local machine shop attach a M42 plate?
Or would it make sense to buy a non-working 35mm or 70mm and remove all the glass so William's tube could be mounted to the filter threads?
Or is it possible to mod a 645 extension tube to M42?
Sorry if my nomenclature is wrong or I'm asking a stupid question.
I just want to shoot very small minerals.

Unclear about what you are trying to mount on what,

Have you read through Murray O'Neil's Macro guide

and his Bellows Guide
Both are great resources on all things Pentax Macro

Apologies for not being more clear.

Iam trying to get this tube to fit my 645Z. it uses a M42 thread.

What I have worked out is that I can use their M42 to M72 adapter and have a machine shop drill and tap it to fit one of my Pentax Extension tubes.

That issue seems resolved. I fully understand that with this tube and the 4x to infinity objective i will end up with an image in a black circle. Am I correct that I can stack and edit as usual and the last step crop to square? The goal is to shoot stacked images of small minerals, image FOV 3cm or less.

Have you tried rafcamera? Rafael does great work and makes a lot of these types of fittings.

If you can find any, and I do mean any broken 645 lens then what I suggest is if you then get a flanged M42 to K mount adaptor, it is likely that either directly between the two mounts you can screw the M42 adaptor to the 645 lens mount. If there is not enough flange to reach the 645 mount then a small plate with a hole bored to allow the k k mount adaptor to go through is all you need then attach both the M42 adaptor and the 645 mount with screws. You will need to countersink the screws on the m54 flanged adaptor,
