Foolish 645 question

Is there a focusing screen that can be put into the 645 to make it confirm focusing with a lense?

Thanks
Jim

No, since there is no AF circuit in the 645 no screen will be able to do a focus confirmation indication. However I found the screens to be large and bright compare to the K10/20. There are also focusing aids on the screen (split image or microprism) which helps greatly.

I use a plain screen with gridlines in my 645 and had no trouble focusing.

If you really need the focus confirmationn you will get that using the manual focus 645 lenses on the 645N/ii bodies.

The only foolish question is the one that wasn't asked.
(where is the rip cord???)

Thanks DW, I was pretty sure that was going to be the answer. But I thought I would ask anyways.

Thanks
Jim
