metz adapter for 67II

Bonjour
For a flash Metz 45CL-4, the Metz official version is:
-for 645n : use the adapter SCA 3702
-for 67II: use the adapter SCA 372.
My question: can I use the SCA 3702 with the 67II on a Pentax hot shoe adapter? Does TTL:-function work yet ?
I have a Pentax 67II and a 645n and I wonder whether I have to buy one or two sca adapters.
Best regards
Andre

Hrm, maybe mattdm knows, he seems to be the resident flash expert. At least he might know who to ask.
