Welcome to the * lens club! And welcome to medium format! If you don't have a light table yet, you'll probably want one...
Enjoy.

The * lenses are stellar. Hope you enjoy your adventures in film. Pentax makes an adapter that allows the use of 645 lenses on the K-mount cameras. The 300/4 would be sweet on the K20D.
Have fun!

thanks I'm looking foward to shoot some films. Although I'll have the labs develop them when starting out and later i'll try to develop some B/W later on...I just bought an adapter to k mount from B&H too...

I have one question...My camera is not here yet but I received 2 lenses, they seem to not stop down-even when I change the aperture on the ring, I can't see it stopping down on both of them. One lens look pretty beat up but the other one look in excellent condition so I don't think it's anything wrong w/ the aperture blade. Can someone confirm that the blade doesn't close when you stop down?

Hi - I don't own the MF lenses (yet) , but I have been reading about the 67 size cameras. They seem to behave more or less like 35 mm M lens types.

Try to see if there is a tab or button on the back of the lens that can be pushed in. It might make the aperture work with your F stop adjustments.

Post a pic if you can of the back of the lens.

Thanks

Harry
