Different lines on focus screen - what for?

Just wondering - there are 5 sets of different lines on my focusing screen:

For the ease of identification, I numbered them all

The format is 645, and the field of view is supposed to be 94%.
Now, I suspect lines 1 are for panoramic 35mm shots. Then, I have no ideas whatsoever about other lines - what are they for? Any ideas?

P.S. Now that I look at it, 2 and 4 are probably from one set.

Crop lines

They are crop lines for different formats. As you suspect one set is for panorama, one for 8x10, one for 3x2.
