Hi all:
I bought a 645N body and am going to need a couple of lenses and some other goodies. If anyone has any leads on autofocus lenses 75mm f2.8, a wide angle and a short telephoto I would appreciate hearing about it. I also need a couple of 120 film backs. Mine came with a 220 back

keh.com has several 75mm/2.8 FA lens up for sale as well as 150mm/2.8 FA.

Sorry this is a little off topic, but I've been looking into medium format and in terms of the negative produced by the 645 in normal shooting position, is the 4.5 side the length or the width? Does it provide more of a portrait look than a landscape?

The film rolls vertically. The image is in landscape form just like a 35mm film camera....
