It has just became my desktop wallpaper, I hope it doesn't bother you.

By the way, where did you take the picture?
Thanks. Cannon Beach, Oregon.

McDowell Mountain, Phoenix

Rare overcast day here in the Valley of the Sunstroke. Pentax 6x7 135mm Delta 100 D76 1:1. I haven't figured out Delta 100; overexposed, overdeveloped, underexposed-you name it. I just got a few bricks of Acros 100 (my favorite) in the mail, so all is now well.

That old DC-3 is up and flying regularly. I can hear it roaring from my apartment on sunny days, and it makes me open the window and just listen to the sound.
Nice shots ! I love the colours !

Testing out some Fuji Acros 100 in a developer that is new to me, Ilford ID-11.
Developed this at 1:1 (1+1?) for 10 minutes at 20C. Negatives came out a lot thinner than I was expecting... but scanning works out OK.

Pentax 67, 105/2.4, Fuji Acros 100

And another one while I'm at it

Ok so after reading all 129 pages of this thread I decided to register and dig out my 67. I have not shot my 67 since 1993. Hopefully I can find a scanner cheap, so I can upload some of my work.

Martin,

Nice work, I think I like the first one the best. But it's a nice set.
Do you know what the spark plugs on the left of the Bugatti engine bay are for? Spares?

Great! And welcome. Looking forward to seeing some of your 67 work.
Scanner, cheap and good quality often don't go together, but hopefully you can find something suitable that works for you. If you need it, feel free to ask for advice here. I have only used the one scanner, a Epson V700, but some of the other guys here may be more familiar with the other options.

Thanks tuco. I like Martin's rain drops too.
Actually it's been raining here, so I am inspired to take some more shots when cars are actually wet...

Yes, they are likely spares. I think the plugs will clog pretty fast in such an old engine.

Almost every shot I've posted in this thread was shot handheld. Most of the above ones were at 1/125 second, which gives no mirror slap related blur at all with the 105 or shorter lenses. I think people are way too afraid of that. Sort of an internet myth. With the 55/4 I can get fully sharp results down to 1/45 second or so.

Can the 67II take shots at 1/45s shutter speed?
I'm with you regarding shooting at "low" speeds with the 67. I regularly shoot at 1/125 and 1/60. Pretty similar to how I would with a 35mm SLR.

Yes, in aperture priority mode ("A") you get halfstops too.
