Apologies for the mess of Autocord shots - I just got mine fixed and am stoked! This one's on Ektar 100.

You can google for a F4-U Corsair training video. It is fascinating. I'm surprised anyone could fly those planes in battle. I mean, there were so many things the training video said you had to do, monitor, don't exceed this or that value and what-not that I can't believe a pilot would remember to do them in the heat of the moment with gun fire on his tail.

Sunset over Safeco Field. I spent more time walking around taking shots than watching the game. But I made back to my seat to see the Mariner's winning home run. I shot a roll of color too yet to be developed.

I looked up the camera rules at the stadium before going. You can take pictures for personal use but no tripods or lenses over 200mm. Somehow I think that focal length rule does not consider how short 200mm is on a MF camera compared to smaller formats.

Thanks again Tuco for the monitor feedback - I downloaded the latest QuickGamma freeware and found I needed to tone down the contrast and brightness on the HP LED LCD, and adjust the gamma a bit... now things are looking much better

This may be a repost, HAPO 10 (Balda) / Steinheil Cassar 3.8/105, Neopan 100 in D-76 1:1

Mysterious.

Glad to help. Yeah, flirting with the edge of black is difficult to reproduce for everyone with computer monitors as the medium.

For me, a half-full stadium is like a half-full airplane. Much more comfortable, relaxing and you can move around. Stand developing in Rodinal is a great way to develop two different rolls of film at the same time which I did for these game shots. You can also do that with Prescysol EF which has one developing time for virtually all films.

Thanks tuco, I will have a look for that.
I was amazed to read about aircraft training in WWII recently, apparently pilots were sometimes forced to transition to new aircraft on the way to the target. Crazy. Apparently there were a great many accidents, a much higher ratio than what is deemed acceptable today. I'll link you to where I read about this info if you would like.
...

The baseball shots are great! Great job on catching the moment with the second one.

That is nice - not always easy to pull out a shot with limited DOF. This one sure works. And you get good results from Rodinal 1+100.

Cheers,

Luc

Nice shots, Frederic. I like how the fisheye accentuates the arches of that cathedral.

Thanks. I've had uneven development with stand development and Rodinal in the past. But this batch I tried a new agitation profile. It seemed to work on these two rolls. But I'll need to try it more to verify that of course.
