European Starling (I think) came for a drink this morning. I was testing something and had the FA 645 400mm + TC2x + TC1.4x (total combined=1120mm) on the 645z when I saw the bird drinking water. Taken from inside the living room through a double glazed window. The result surprised me as I did not expect any particular sharpness since it was handheld and very high ISO (51k). The shutter speed on the first pic was 1/1500 and the second at 1/3000 and you can see the second is slightly sharper. As long as you don't zoom in too much, then the 51k ISO starts to fall apart :-)

Well I liked the outcome.

Whoops. I think if I change a tag and then LR wants to re-upload it breaks the original link. Anyway, should be fixed now. Plus here are a couple more from the next evening.
