Thomas , Yes that is in Sequoia national park. I finally got in there right after some fresh snowfall!

I thought I recognized the trees. Years ago I lived in Mar Vista and would sometimes head there for Memorial day weekend (there was still lots of snow).

Heheh... Went there on holiday last November... It was a total tourist trap, but very pretty... Got some pictures somewhere. Very nice though, well done.
