Nice shots with that folder, Nesster. Luc, you're really collecting the gear. How are you going to shoot them all.
I am flexing my toes in anticipation and consider teaching my dog also...

You sure are doing some serious hiking...and some serious shooting. Nice. I am a lot more modest on both even if younger

Cheers,

Luc

Just coming back from Tofino with long sandy beaches...I had to learn not to put my camera bags on the sand Guess you did not get sand in the folder judging by the quality of the photos.

Cheers,

I am so jealous! Tofino is is one of my favorite places and spending some time there is one of the things on my "Bucket List". 30 years ago I spent the summer south of Tofino across Barkley Sound in Bamfield. The whole area is such a beautiful place. I am looking forward to seeing you photos from there.

Yes we did not want to come back!:ugh:
I am finishing scanning 5 x 35mm rolls of TriX400 and 1 x 35mm roll of APX100 developed in Rodinal or Perceptol.
It should have been 10 rolls of Across 100 in 120 if not for the Hasselblad breakdown

I found a roll of Kodak Porta 400VC 120 at Goodwill. It was only recently expired and was $2 for I figured it might be fun to try as I have never used it before. Managed to get out yesterday and shoot in a used car lot.

What a deal. I'm surprised they charged that much. The results look good.

I've had this shot up on my Flickr stream for some time but while digging through some old color archives I found I had take two shots and this one was just before the Sun was gone so I replaced it with this one. It's taken at Camp Muir (10188ft/3105m) on Mt. Rainer in Washington state. You'd camp here on your way to the top of the mountain. There are some shelters to sleep in for the guided tours; otherwise, you pitch a tent, get a few hours of sleep and continue your ascend around 1:00AM. Yeah, back when I was a younger buck I'd haul that 67 anywhere! I don't think I would do that today though.

That's a splendid picture, it looks very grainy but I would love to see a high definition file (well ideally a big print, but living in different continent don't help)

I love the composition and the feeling of this image.

Why thanks. Yeah, it's pretty grainy; more so than other VHC rolls I have. I didn't develop that roll myself.

Thanks Tuco. I also got a roll of 400TMX for $2. Seems a little high for Goodwill but they were both barely expired and a lot cheaper than store prices.

Nice shot of the girl on the cell phone. What camera/lens combo? Interesting bokeh.

Hassy 500C/M, Planar CF T* 80mm. That bokeh caught my attention too. It's kind of harsh. I think bokeh in BW is not as attractive as color most the time. It was shot at f5.6 and those pentagons show up. I also think that yellow/green filter was not a good choice for the foliage.
