Shot at Box speed. The 75 2.8 AL continues to blow me away.

I like how this is a side of the road shot, most people shoot in the center of the road but this is really interesting.[COLOR="Silver"]

I reallylike this photo - the subtlety of the tones and the great 3D effect.

A steel horse:

Great exposure.

The horse looks to be made of chainmail. Someone went to a lot of work to stick all those rings together in the shape of a horse.

Reminds me of a song . . .

I found an old 6x7 Velvia shot that I took in 2010. I was never really happy with it, so today I decided to crop it and I think it works better.

Thank you Jonathan. I know that b&w contrasty images are very vivid but i don't like to loose most of details in such approach.

Cheers.

Well, I was crawling down a ledge to a beach in Santa Cruz last night when the embedded rock I was gripping became unembedded and I fell off the ledge...a short fall thankfully, but I broke a toe and banged up my gear yadda yadda. The pain in my foot was too much for me to concentrate on photos, so I sat around to watch a lovely sunset and then made the long hike back up to Highway 1 in the dark, tail between my legs.

But, I did dig out this shot from last week that was still on the camera and I processed it as if I did not come away empty handed...
