I love what you have captured in these image, particularly the first one. Feels very Gregory Crewdson like. Love it. May I ask what you captured these with. Thanks.

3. Turning off Long Exposure NR does indeed now work, and there isn't that much in the way of hot pixels

There's a good reason it's a cliché -- it's an amazing viewpoint, and of course easy to get to. My wife was thinking of collective nouns for the crowd of photographers appearing on that bridge every evening, and came up with "tiff", as in "a tiff of photographers". From the state of the trees I guess you were there around the same time we were, or a little later (we were there the first week of November).

Love both of them.

The second one is especially gorgeous with the highlights of the foliage in the foreground and then the night sky in the background.

oh, btw... never apologize!

Really love the mood and composition of 4, with the shadows playing a significant part overall.

Terrific dynamics of light and dark, and composition. Looks like a painting and a history lesson.

Very nice indeed, especially #1.

Number 3 seems to show a dust spot on the sensor, left side of the photo, just above the hill.

Thanks. I must have noticed the dust spot after I saved it for web as it isn't on the full size image.

thanks very much!

Some cows were frolicking in the Tule fog (ok, not really frolicking so much as doing absolutely nothing), and I was there, lol.
