Those first 2 photographs of London make me sad---all those new tall buildings are interesting of themselves, but seem badly out of place in London. Better suited for New York or Chicago, or some Chinese city created out of whole cloth, or someplace that got bombed flat during WWII so that it had to be built up from scratch. I haven't been in many years, but seeing them makes me not want to go back. I'd rather remember it as it was.

Just purchased a 645Z with the 28-45mm lens. This is just a test image I did last night to start figuring out the camera at the Kentlands Mansion in Gaithersburg, MD. So far, I am a little surprised at the amount of noise I have seen above 100 ISO but I am just figuring this thing out.

I have found that pushing the shadows even at lower ISO's can present some form of noise. Still they are the cleanest files I have ever worked with. Nice image :-)

Welcome to the forums and to Z ownership. Are you from the DC metro area? I'm in Baltimore, but work(non-photographically) in DC for periods of the year.

Thanks for the welcome. The Z will be a great camera! I am excited to figure it out. I recently sold my IQ180 but I can already tell how much more versatile this camera will be.
