These are very nice, especially the second one. I've never tried stitching film shots together - I imagine that it's quite difficult to scan them in such a way to get the exposure and colours correct. What's a CFV-16?

This isn't my usual type of photography. Ice skating is fast moving and my Pentax 645Z isn't an action camera. However it did force me to think about my shots more than I would with a 10 frames per second monster like a Nikon D4/5. One thing's for certain though, it takes a huge amount of trust to allow someone to throw you into the air on ice...

A wonderful series and I appreciate that it's not done with the usual Canikon 10 fps "monster". After all, our early memories of sports and action photos were all done with old, often awkward, film cameras with slow lenses and a ton of talent.
Your talent is apparent and the camera is small and efficient compared to a few decades ago. The timing in your shots is great.

Amazing series. You elicited well deserved oohs and aawws in our household. We watch those moves on tv and somehow your captures gave us more information about the skills and difficulties than watching it in motion. Thanks.

This shot makes me proud to own the exact same camera and lens (as many do here). This silky smooth sky is great digital medium format. Nice!

Another photo walk on the Uetliberg near Zurich. In the fog and out of the fog - I cannot say which mood excites me more...

@itshimitis
Great skating shots. I tried some sportphotos (cycling ) with my 645D and had an awful number of blurry shots...

This is a 16MB pixel digital Back for the Hasselblad V Series. But stitch film pictures to a pano is not that difficult.

Great shot....love the 'glow' from the white shirt, and coy pose from a model who is obviously enjoying the experience...very well executed....
