White balance I suspect as a sleet shower had been passing through so the light was different.

thanks. it works well. a little heavy but sufficiently powered for my needs. I found a Manfrotto boom light stand that handles it well,

Thank you Pablo!

it's pentax 645D. the headshot was done with 150/2.8 and the rest with 55/2.8
lighting setup was quite simple just 1 softbox
