OK - BTW - what method do you use for reducing from TIFF/RAW to small jpegs for posting here - yours always look v sharp!
I always seem to get a lot of detail degradation.....as in the first image above?
i generate a 1200px high jpg in Photoshop and upload that to flickr, then link the flick image here. It always seems sharper than anything I upload directly to PF.

Little Truckee River

First time posting an image. Love the site and thought I'd show support by participating. Fairly new to the Z but really enjoying it and the help from you guys.

I shot this in Manual mode at 1/6s, f11, 100 ISO. Don't remember the lens and am surprised it wasn't included in the metadata capture. All my lenses are prime and are either A or FA.

Anyway, thanks for your help and hopefully, especially if you blow smoke up my a__, I'll keep posting!

I like this shot a lot. Getting a bit tired of the misty water thing, and this is an interesting shot in that the water isn't quite "frozen", uuuuhhh, except I guess where it is! Nice B+W conversion, too
