You've probably seen enough of this gal. But another one converted over to the newer scanner. I still have those two water shots of her I'd like to do.




Pentax 6x7, 165mm LS, Yellow Filter, Kodak 100TMX

Can I Play?

I've been lurking on this 'Post your medium format photos' for quite a while. There is some amazing, amazing work here.

I talked my wife into getting me a 645N so I could try and emulate some of what I've seen on this thread.

This is off of the roll I shot though the camera to test it. I'm excited to see what else I can do with it...

I must say shooting this kind of shot is a fine break from landscapes. Two flashes setup in the water and used the Sun as a hair light. That shot my flash meter went for a swim. The lanyard on it is so long it hung down to my waist and when I walked out in the water to move a flash the water went above my waist submerging the flash meter. I took the batteries out, let it dry out and a few days later it came back to life.

WOW! Amazing shot! Water is oleous, great detail (eyes!!!) and good work in yellow filter.
