The brown truck santa brought my new Pentax 67 yesterday evening.

Nice bench, tuco, like the fog and frost.

Good deal. I bet you're the only one in town with a camera like that Are your images straight from the scanner?

Nice. You had willing subjects. I've never had to developed my film at that warm of temperature. The results look good. Some people use Diafine when the water temperature gets warm. It has the same dev time for almost all films within a temperature range of 21-29C if you didn't know that already.

Tuco, Scio it self is 600 in population, But the rural area is fast becoming a bedroom community for Salem and Albany. With freeway east to Stayton (22) its much easier to get to the city. It wouldn't surprise me to find anything around here.

This picture has very little work done. Spotting, and a little sharpening. Somehow it seems to have picked up quite a bit of contrast from PS to the forum. The film base is very thin (HP5+). Hard to load the reels, and it has quite a lot of length wise curl. I have 10 rolls of it, UGH.

Anyway, I am scanning my second roll of HP5+ with this camera. I'll post some more if I get any that I like.

Jason, nice group of friends, I like the looks of this shot. I wish I had ordered some Tri-x too.

Not too many covered bridges left these days. Where is that at?

This shot I waited until the sun was blocked by cloud cover. I would have liked a much longer exposure to really streak those clouds but it just wasn't going to happen without using a different film more prone to reciprocity failure.

Oh yes Baby that makes me want to grab my 500CM and go and shoot
Tuco I think that you are a specialist in long exposure...

Cheers,

Thanks. I like how long exposures takes the texture off the water.

Tuco, actually there are about 6 covered bridges in my neighborhood, 5 of them are still in normal use.

Plus, a ferry, just for the heck of it.

Come on down, I'll show you around.
