This is a nice shot both for the composition, the feeling of 'grandeur" and the technical aspect with such nice control of the highlight.

Color is fine. I was just curious if scanning was offered for that film.

I've never been to Rome unfortunately. I'll have to add that to my bucket list.

Fair enough. I am fairly sure that the lab I used will scan most things, however I think slide is rather expensive compared to negatives. Will need to check it out. Just for curiosity, it was 12.95 for development only. B&W is the same cost, but CN is only 5.70 a roll.

We were a little bit over two weeks, mostly visiting family but I had two days shooting in the mountains (mostly P645) and two days city shooting in Spain (LX/645 50/50).

For wide open, there looks like more DOF than I'd expect. Spring is just around the corner.

Thanks. I meter with a one-degree Pentax Spotmeter V, place the column's shadow just below middle gray, add 1/2 stop of extra exposure, under develop the film and rely on PMK for the rest. This was a handheld shot too.

Bonjour Luc,
I have been feeding the 67 a fair bit of B&W; the problem is that it's been extremely hot over here so I have been hesitant to develop it. Think 30C+ water temps.
Tuco helped out by suggesting I get some Diafine, but I am yet to do so. Hence you see more colour from me, as I simply pay someone to develop it!
The last roll of B&W I did got a bit screwed up by getting stuck in the patterson tank plastic reel - my hands get very sweaty in the changing bag. So I might add some steel reels to my 'birthday list'. To much information perhaps

But for now, here is a B&W for you. Hope I haven't posted it before.

That is what I am talking about, baby. I just love the chrome on B&W...
I understand your dilemma if you have only one fridge cold beer or cold developer...
I also read that Diafine was pretty much temperature resistant. I use Diafine for all my TriX@1250 shots and I really like it both in grain and tonality. I have not tried it with other films.
