I believe everything was Provia 100f but the last two might have been Velvia 100. I'd have to find the slides to check for sure.

Thanks!

Disaster strikes again.
After selling my 3 FA Limited (I am reducing my 35mm equipment) I could not resist stupidly pulling the plug on a 67 body in excellent condition on evilBay. Following this I had to get a prism and a couple of lenses from KEH (90/2.8 and 200/4 late).
I am obviously a fool - and now a fool with 645, 6x6, 6x7 and 6x9 :ugh:
I guess that my Hasselblad 500 C/M and/or one of the LX might have to go on the chopping block and I might need to look for a 55/4 late and a L-bracket.

fool, fool, fool.....

I can see you're doing an excellent job in reducing your camera inventory. Oh, man, I'd never give up my 500C/M.

Tell me about it. I should not look at equipment web site when there is some funds in my PayPal account...

You know I never really warmed up to the Hasselblad. From an intellectual point of view it should be high in my priority list and I do have a nice system that has been CLA. But from a gut point of view it is not the camera that I would grab first. The 645, Autocord, Fuji RF and Medalist in MF and the LX and Canon P in 35mm all compete for my attention and I would like to take all of them with me. The Hasselblad not really, I know I should but I just don't.
We will see what reaction I have with the 67. It might replace the Hasselblad as my tripod MF system or maybe I just hate it and put it back on sale

Cheers,

Luc

So it's a 67 body and not a 6x7?

Yes it is the 67 (not 6x7, not 67II $$$) BTW Shutterbug has put a 6x7 with MLY on evilbay with no reserve so it might be a good catch.

And the two lenses are according to KEH description (and I hope so) the late 67 model which should be the best 200/4.

Cheers,

Luc

Not that I could have afforded it, but I should have been on the look out for your FAs...
Now on to the 67, well I for one am rather excited by this news! Will be interesting to see what you make of it. And then we will have someone other than Tuco posting B&W 67 images in this thread

Thanks for the vote of confidence that I will do anything close than what Tuco is doing with his 67
I guess that the 67 is not very likely to change my photography. At some point I am not so sure that the camera really matters that much from a strictly technical point of view. Where it can change things is comfort and ease of use. I am very happy to forget entirely about the camera. This is something that I can do with the LX, Canon P, the 645 and the Autocord - not yet there with the Fuji - and this is maybe my lack of true enthusiasm for the Hasselblad - I feel that it somewhat "get in the way".
I will likely sell my second LX first as I do not plan to do a lot of 35mm in the future.

Cheers,

Luc

Well I have now completed the Pentax 67 set with the purchase of a 55/4 late model and a day of shopping frenzy

Anybody interested in a Pentax LX that has been CLA by Eric a year ago with nice black lizard skin and a brand new focusing screen plus spare and grip?

Cheers,

Luc

Wow go Luc!
I will be interested to see what you make of the 200mm and 55mm. Are you going to get a waist level finder aswell? This is probably a bad time for me to go and check KEH for short tele lenses, your purchasing might have a "domino effect"

I actually found the 55/4 on evilBay - on its way from France.

No I am not getting a waist level finder, at least 50% if not more of my shots are vertical so I am likely going to get a Kirk L-bracket.

Cheers,

Luc

Good purchase! I am interested to see your shots with that lens.
Here, a shot with older 55 f/4 on 67II (T-max 400, T-max+R dev.)
